Building of street "Black Sea" is a five storey building completed and put into service in July 2007. It is situated on a quiet street and obscured in the old part of town Balchik, 10 minutes from the central part of town and the beach. It has 10 suites with excellent views to the beach. At each house is included basement, garage cells are also available on customer's demand. Access to the apartments is done through the staircase.

About town Balchik

Balchik is located on the seashore, a distance of 501 km. from the capital Sofia and 36 km. north-east of the regional city of Varna. It is located near the resort villages Albena, Varna and Golden Sands.
